Terms & Condition's

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to the appointment.

Please note my massages are not suitable if you are pregnant.

All clients are required to be over the age of 18.

All bookings require a £5 non-refundable fee to secure the booking. The remaining amount for your treatment will be collected at your appointment via cash or card.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged for the treatment if you give 24 hours notice.However you will be required to pay the full price of the booked treatment if you fail to give 24 hours notice.

Please note if you cancel your appointment within any time frame you will not receive back your £5 booking fee as this is non-refundable under any circumstance.

What I ask of you:

Please allow 10 minutes either side of your appointment for the equipment set up.

Due to the nature of the equipment please think about an easily accessible route to your desired set up.I have the right to cancel any appointment that does not provide a safe or an easy accessible route to your chosen address. If I have to cancel due to any of these reasons you will be required to pay the FULL price of the treatment you had booked.

Please ensure there is enough space for the massage table to be set up,with enough space for me to work around.You will be charged the full amount of your booked treatment if i arrive and cannot carry out your treatment due to insufficient space.

Please inform me of any parking related issues prior to your appointment to avoid delays.

No inappropriate or abusive behaviour will be tolerated.Please be respectful at all times during your appointment.

You will be asked to agree to the following t&c's when you fill out your consultation form.

I give my permission to receive face and or body massage and or body scrub treatments with Maizie (maizmassage) who is a fully qualified and insured beauty therapist.

I understand my therapist is fully aware of my medical conditions. I have not withheld any information regarding my health or any medical conditions that I have. I understand that I am responsible to inform my therapist about any and all changes regarding my health.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the therapist of any discomfort I may feel during the treatment so she can adjust the pressure/treatment accordingly.I understand I or the therapist can terminate the session at any time.

I 'am fully aware that no guarantee has been made to me providing the result of my selected treatment and that there can be risks associated with massage therapy and facials include,but are not limited to:

>Superficial bruising or redness.

>Short-term muscle soreness.

I,therefore, release the individual from all liability concerning these injuries that could occur.I Am aware of the risks.

I acknowledge my therapist does not diagnose any illness, disease or any other mental or physical disorder.I understand that therapeutic massage is not a substitute for traditional medical treatment or medications.I do not wish to consult my doctor and I have received clearance where necessary from a doctor to receive the treatment I have booked.

I understand the massage therapist is providing massage therapy services within their scope of practice.
